The research process of Juan Fielitz focuses on the archive, collection and appropriation of images intervened using the collage technique. His aesthetic search has a strong roots in the collage tradition and the photomontage processes developed by the Bauhaus and the Dadaists. The concealment, the empty spaces, the abstraction, the game of scales, the aging processes of the paper and the use of the black color are some of the tools that the artist uses to condense the greatest amount of doubts and ambiguous feelings in front of to an image. He has participated in collective and individual exhibitions since 2015 in Uruguay, Chile and Italy. He has also integrated publications and editorial projects in Uruguay, Germany, Belgium, Holland and Japan. Emerging Designers Award of the Cultural Center of Spain (CCE) 2014.
