Art Madrid'24 – Nathalie Cohen
Nathalie Cohen
Casablanca (Marruecos), 1970
Nathalie Cohen was born in Casablanca (Morocco) in 1970. After running a company for more than 15 years, she decided to devote herself to her main passion: Kinetic Art. Characterised by the introduction of scientific technology. Through a special synergy with the environment (in terms of scale of light, sound and colours), the works of art seem to come to life and connect directly with the public. Stimulated by the vision, the viewer becomes an actor in this purely creative process. His methacrylate installations are very appealing. Her artworks with black and white graphics coexist with explosive colourful works and invite us to enter a complex and surprising universe of a third dimension.
Nathalie's works can be seen at the POPA Museum, the first European museum dedicated to Optical art. She exhibits in renowned international galleries such as Bel Air Fine Art (Paris, Geneva, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Venice, etc.), Besseiche-Lartigue Gallery (Paris, Courchevel, Gontois, Cannes), Grulier Gallery (Courchevel), Wanrooij Gallery, as well as in the main contemporary art fairs such as Arts Elysées Paris, Scope Miami, Scope Base, Central Art Hong Kong, Los Angeles Art Show, Art Wynwood (Miami), and SP-Arte em São Paulo.
