Agencia de Tránsitos Culturales (ATC) is an independent nonprofit organization, founded by Elle Przybyla and Juan Matos Capote in 2014. ATC provides a platform for artistic research and produces actions of cultural and social relevance related to the Canarian archipelago and its surrounding geography. En 2017, ATC opened a hybrid space in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, consisting of a gallery and a bookstore specializing in art, architecture, design and culture.

Galería ATC is a contemporary art and architecture gallery in the heart of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The gallery exhibits works in different media, including video and sound art. Its annual program consists of individual and group exhibitions with international, Spanish and Canarian artists. As part of the gallery, the Flat Files contain works on paper by contemporary artists, which the general public, curators, collectors, and critics can consult.
