Galerie Alex Serra was founded in 2021 in Cologne, Germany. The gallery works with national and international artists, from countries like Portugal, Mozambique, Sao Tomé e Príncipe and Brazil. The gallery represents emerging and established artists from diverse artistic disciplines. Its founder, Paulo Nunes, has worked with art for about 20 years. He was born in Germany but spent his youth between Brazil and Portugal. His first gallery opened in 2001 in Portugal, working solely with established and emerging Portuguese artists. It's second gallery opened in 2010 with a concept orientated for the international art market . Over the years, he has been a part of several international art fairs and exhibitions in museums and foundations.
