Fernando Daza

Sevilla, 1979

The plastic artist Fernando Daza has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Seville. Member of the research group GIACEC (Interdisciplinary Group in Collective Arts and Cultural Spaces) and has collaborated as an Honorary assistant in the subject of Introduction to the colouring of the first course of the Bachelor of Fine Arts. He has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in cities such as Madrid, Girona, Cádiz, Lisbon or Belgrade. His work is present in public and private collections such as the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje, the National Gallery of Art in Kosovo, the Banco Sabadell Foundation in Barcelona and the University of Athens. In 2009 he won the 1st prize at the X National Fine Arts Contest Fernando Quiñones of the Cádiz City Council and in 2016 he received the special mention of the LXIX National Painting Prize José Arpa from the Delegation of Culture of Carmona (Seville)
