Sevilla, 1981

Painter and professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Seville. Scholarship in ""Sevilla Talento 2014 (V. Madariaga Foundation), landscape scholarship"" Retired Painters of the Palace of Quintanar ""(Segovia 2004) and landscape scholarship of the Rodríguez-Acosta Foundation (Granada 2005); in addition to a predoctoral fellowship. He exhibits his work in numerous individual and group exhibitions nationwide, as well as participating in various international fairs with the María Aguilar gallery.

His work has been selected and awarded in numerous painting competitions. We highlight his selection as a finalist in the 30 BMW Painting Prize (2015), Focus-Abengoa Awards (2004 and 2005), Paul Ricard (2008 and 2016), University of Seville (2011), Fundación Cajasur (2007), XXVIII National Contest of Contemporary Art ""Ciudad de Utrera"" (2007), ... etc. He has been awarded in the V DCOOP Plastic Arts Contest (2019), ProyectARTE 2019 (2019), XVII Virgen de las Viñas Cultural Contest. (2018), XLVI International Painting Contest Rafael Zabaleta (2016), Ateneo de Sevilla (2006), Fundación Agua-Granada (2014), the XXIV National Painting Contest of Gibraleón (2015), XLII International Painting Contest of Alcalá de Guadaira (2005), X ""Timoteo Pérez Rubio"" Painting Prize. (2009)… among others.
