about Alejandra Atarés
Alejandra Atarés studied Fine Arts at the University of Barcelona, expanded knowledge in Bristol and deepened in Art and Design at Massachusetts College. He began exhibiting in 2009 and participated in several collective and four individuals, in Barcelona. He has gone through the Art Karlsruhe, Art Madrid and SWAB fairs. His spontaneity, his lack of divism, his naturalness, enhance his plastic talent because that does have it. She paints natures, gardens, a figure of back: it does it with cleanliness and with a decision.
The issue is not determining, it matters how what is below. It does not hide, in that tangle of limpid chromiums and plant forms, flowers and games, its capacity for composition and its ability to make colour stronger, striking, without chirping, or being kitsch. In the same way, it could be a poster, an illustration, but no, what it does is a new Japonism, distant from the oriental prints to use. Identify oil with sobriety and bright colours with fantasy.
