Jesús Ángel Bordetas graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Valencia in 2003. He has studied at the Oslo Kunstakademie in Norway and at the University of Texas, USA. Artist Residency Salmela Art Center. Finland (Mäntyharju) and Russia (Vyborg); Promote Scholarship at the University of Texas, Austin, USA; Erasmus Scholarship at Olso Kunstakademie, Norway; Rodriguez Acosta Foundation Scholarship; Paular-Segovia Scholarship; Plastic Creation Scholarship from the Government of Aragon. Throughout his artistic career, he has participated in many exhibitions, both individual and collective, and has been part of the roster of important galleries such as Galería Casa Cuadrada. Valencia (2011); Felisa Navarro Gallery.Vitoria (2008); Pepe Rebollo Gallery Zaragoza (2006); Fernando Guerao Gallery, Murcia (2005); Ibercaja Exhibition Hall,Valencia. His work belongs to private and institutional collections such as Ibercaja, University of Texas Collection, Oslo Kunstakademi, Instituto Aragonés de la Juventud, Fundación Rodriguez Acosta, Diputación Provincial de Segovia, Diputación Provincial de Alicante. He currently lives and works in Valencia.
