A graduate in Fine Arts from the University of Granada, José Ramón Lozano has been awarded prizes such as the 25th Young Art Contest of the City of Ceuta, and has had the opportunity to exhibit in cities such as Madrid, Aveiro (Portugal), and Gold Coast (Australia), among others.

His artworks are part of institutional collections, including the Museum of Ceuta and the Caja Rural de Granada Foundation, as well as private collections in several countries around the world, such as Spain, Australia, Italy, Denmark, France, Morocco, and Portugal.

His paintings, marked by broad brushstrokes and vibrant colors, construct faces and still lifes through a renewed impressionism that brings freshness and contemporaneity to his figures.
