Alejandro Goldberg is a painter born in Mexico City in 1967. His work centers on painting as a practice, addressing portraits, abstractions, landscapes, and still lifes, with a strong influence from Mexican painting, Abstract Expressionism, and the Italian tradition. Goldberg combines a gestural approach with a deep attention to observation and pictorial material, seeking to capture the essence of the subject and the present moment. With recent exhibitions in Israel and participation in international shows and projects, Goldberg has consolidated a solid and steadily growing career within the international art circuit.
